QubynX Pvt Ltd ("QubynX", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you visit qubynx.com or use our products and services, including Community Hub (mypeople.in), TestFlow, ParkSmart Valet, and our software engineering services (together, the "Services").

We process personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and enquiry data — name, email address, phone number, and message contents when you contact us or request a demo.
• Account data — name, email, phone, organisation/society details, and login credentials when you register for a product.
• Community Hub data — resident and community profiles, announcements, event participation, visitor entries, payment records, and messages created within a community, processed on behalf of the community/society that administers the account.
• ParkSmart Valet data — vehicle registration numbers (including via automatic number-plate recognition at gates), parking reservations, entry/exit timestamps, and, where deployed by a facility, related CCTV imagery controlled by that facility.
• TestFlow data — test descriptions, application URLs, test artifacts, and execution logs you submit for automation.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and interaction data collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• To respond to enquiries, provide support, and send service communications.
• To process payments and maintain transaction records where applicable.
• To analyse usage and improve product features, including training and improving our automation and AI capabilities using aggregated or de-identified data.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal data.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process personal data with your consent, to perform a contract with you or your organisation, for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act, and to comply with law. Where a society, employer, hospital, or facility deploys our products, that organisation is typically the data fiduciary/controller for its members' data and QubynX acts as a data processor under its instructions.

We use essential cookies for site functionality and limited analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.

5. Sharing of information

• Service providers — cloud hosting, payment gateways, communication (SMS/email/WhatsApp), and analytics providers acting under contract with us.
• Your organisation — data created within a community, facility, or enterprise deployment is accessible to that organisation's authorised administrators.
• Legal requirements — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or as instructed by the organisation that controls the deployment. Parking and visitor logs are retained per the deploying facility's policy; enquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate an individual to exercise rights on your behalf. To exercise these rights, or to raise a grievance, contact our Grievance Officer at info@qubynx.com. We will respond within the timelines prescribed by applicable law. You may also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly process children's personal data without verifiable parental consent where required by law.

Our website and products may link to third-party sites and services whose privacy practices we do not control. Please review their policies.
